ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Eight hour classes begin at 8:30 a.m. And end around 5:30 p.m. The State Board will not allow us to admit students who arrive late. Due to State Board
Regulations, there is no grace period for being late. Unless you are attending a 4-hour class, lunch will be provided at no additional cost to you.
Starting times for four hour classes will vary.

Walk-in's are admitted only if space is available. There will be a $15 surcharge for walk-in's. Cash is the only acceptable payment for walk-in's.

There are a limited number of seats for each class and demand is high, pre-registration with tuition payment in full is highly recommended.

We accept personal checks and money orders received at least ten days before the class start date. We accept credit/debit card information
by mail or phone but prefer that you register and pay on-line.

Partial payments will no longer be accepted.

When you register for a class more than a week in advance, we will mail you a confirmation for the class along with a map showing the class location.

REFUND POLICY

If you have prepaid your tuition in full and cancel more than 7 days before the class date, we will refund all but a $30 administrative fee. If you cancel between
four and seven days the week of the class
and pay an additional $30 administrative fee, we will apply your tuition to a future class taken within 12 months of
the original class date. Unless there are unpreventable circumstances that arise after the Wednesday before the class date deadline
students who do not cancel as above and/or do not attend classes will not receive a refund.

When we cancel a class, we will apply your paid tuition to another class or mail you a full refund.

The State Board requires a minimum number of students to hold a class. If enrollment does not meet the required minimum, we must cancel or postpone the
class. Every effort will be made to contact registered students in a timely manner to reschedule the class to a convenient location at a later date.
Please provide a telephone number when you register so we can contact you.

We reserve the right to expel disruptive students from our classes. If an expulsion occurs, the former student will not receive any credit for the class
and the former student will not receive a tuition refund.

Classes are held in various facilities throughout North Carolina. While changes are very rare, we do reserve the right to change the location of any class.
We will notify registered students of any changes in a timely manner provided you have furnished us with a good a telephone number.

While we expect the advertised instructors to actually teach that class, we reserve the right to substitute instructors if necessary.

Classes that are marked "TBA" (to be arranged) will probably be held at one of the same hotel conference rooms where we generally hold classes in that city.
Most of those locations, however, do not give us a confirmed reservation any sooner than 30 days in advance. It is safe to register for those classes.
We will mail you directions and a map to the location as soon as it is confirmed.
