Jill will teach you how to make your own products from all natural ingredients. You will practice making the
“Autumn Spice scrub” and the “Peppermint scrub” In the afternoon you can (not required) practice reflexology on
each other under the guidance of a Certified Master Reflexologist.

As an added bonus, Jill will teach some of her techniques in Reflexology. You will have the opportunity to practice
these techniques on each other.
