


MANICURING INSTRUCTOR A. E. "Butch" Fussell Butch graduated from Wesleyan College with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He entered the cosmetology business in 1979 and later became co-owner of Sherrill’s College of Hairstyling and Troutman’s College of Hairstyling. He graduated from Troutman’s College of Hairstyling in 1987 and founded Troutman’s College of Manicuring in 1992. He earned a Manicuring Instructor's License in 1996 and is a co-founder of the Continuing Education Division. |
COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR Linda Kutzer Linda Kutzer has 25 years experience as a color specialist, educator and platform artist, and represented Framesi International as a “Technical Adviser” for eight years. Linda has been a member of the American Hairdressers Assoc. “Styles Body Team”, and was the “Artistic Director” for Hair Color Experts. Linda is currently is on the Advisory Board of Miller-Motte College. Linda has been teaching continuing education classes with Troutman's College since 2004. |
REFLEXOLOGY INSTRUCTOR Kelly Chou Kelly Chou learned her craft in her native land of Taiwan. For over ten years she trained in the art of Reflexology, Massage, Acupuncture, and other techniques. In 2007 she earned the title of "Master" Millions use these time honored techniques to relieve suffering and pain everyday. MANICURING INSTRUCTOR Jill Skinner Jill is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Meredith College, Troutman's College of Manicuring and earned a Manicuring Instructor's license in 1995. Jill has worked as an educator for Tammy Taylor, Pro Finish and Fini. She has experience in both full service salons and day spa salons. Jill is one of five Tammy Taylor educators in the nation certified to teach 8-hour classes. Jill has taught many seminars on nails, aromatherapy, reflexology, pedicuring, business management, salon safety and disease. Jill is also a co-founder of the Continuing Education Division. |


ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR Lisa Gregory Lisa worked as a makeup consultant for fourteen years and won several national awards. She is a top Revlon “Nine Bay” consultant. She was presented in such renowned shows as the Germaine Monteil presentation at the Museum of Natural History, New York city.
